Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup oats
- 4 tbs peanut butter
- honey, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Makes 2 smoothies.
